Πλέον είναι πανεύκολο και ο καθένας (οφείλει να) παραγγέλνει μουσική, παιχνίδια, ταινίες κλπ κλπ online - amazon, ebay, play.com και δεκάδες ακόμα site. Όλα εύκολα με μερικά click. Πως παραγγέλναμε όμως online πίσω στο 1995? Μα φυσικά με TELNET! Βρήκα λοιπόν κάτι παλιά logs από τις μέρες μου στην HOL BBS (logs από Amiga Term παρακαλώ) όπου και παραθέτω επισκέψεις στα τότε κορυφαία cdconnection.com και cdnow.com. Δυστυχώς δεν έχω βρει ακόμα log όπου να κάνω παραγγελία. Στα παρακάτω απλώς έκανα check σε τι κατάσταση ήταν οι παραγγελίες που είχα κάνει. (τα spaces δεν γίνονται σωστά copy/paste δυστυχώς, και έτσι χάνεται το ascii art της cdnow)
