Αγαπημενο παιχνιδι πολλων αν και δυστυχως ισως ελλειψης hardware εγω δεν του εδωσα προσοχη.

Ερχεται στο PS3.

"Sid Meier, Firaxis, and 2k Games announced Civilization Revolution for the PS3. This is based on one of best games ever made, Civilization.

Sid Meier is a PS3 fan. He enjoys Resistance: Fall of Man and MotorStorm.

Here is what he had to say about the system:"

Look at the level of content you're seeing on current-gen systems right now in the form of games like God of War II," Meier said. "Remember: The PlayStation 3 is light years ahead of this technology. As with any new platform, it's going to be a challenge and take designers some time to come to grips with the hardware. But believe me, you'll be amazed by the possibilities.

To πιο αγαπημένο μου παιχνίδι. Ώρες πάνω στην Amiga και τώρα στο PC. Είμαι περίεργος να δω τι άλλο θα προσθέσει, αν και μόνο το όνομα Civilization φτάνει για να το αγοράσω

Γεια σου ρε Αντωνη Κολλημενε που τωρα θα παιζεις και GodSims σε 700 "ψωρο-γραμμες" και joypad που παλαιοτερα αναθεματιζες!

Καταρχήν βγαίνει και για PC και για 360. Ο φίλτατος aardvark το έβαλε εδώ προφανώς για τις δηλώσεις του Θεού Sid.

Tι σε πείραξε πάλι σε αυτό που είπα?

Τιποτα ,απλως νομιζε ,κατα λαθος, οτι ελεγες κατι καλο για το Ps3 και του βγηκε το φυσικο του ενστινκτο και ορμηξε.

Σαν την μαμα αρκουδα που προστατευει τα παιδια της ενα πραγμα.

Παπαπα για αυτο δεν παταει ανθρωπος εδω μεσα ( Playstation 1/2/3).

Το παιχνιδι δεν θα κυκλοφορησει για PC ,θα ειναι αποκλειστικα για τις κονσολες και οχι δεν θα εχει υποστηριξη για keyboard και mouse,θα ειναι σχεδιασμενο για Joypad.

2K Games continues to emphasize that the console-centric Civilization Revolution is a totally different branch from the PC's Civilization franchise by telling MTV's Multiplayer that Revolution will "never" come to PC.Jason Bergman, a producer for 2K Games, tells MTV that the game was designed from the ground up to be played with a gamepad. Since the game was announced, many PS3 owners have asked if the game will support a mouse and keyboard. Bergman says, "The answer is no ... The game has not been designed for that [controller]." He highlights again that Revolution is not a port, but an entirely new game.

Είμαι σίγουρος ότι είχα δει ότι υποστηρίζανε και τα PCs. Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω τι τους ώθησε να πάρουν αυτή την απόφαση. Ίσως να θέλουν να δείξουν ότι μπαίνουν σοβαρά στην αγορά της κονσόλας, δε μπορώ να φανταστώ κάτι άλλο.

Civilization Revolution demo on PSN this week

There will be a Civilization Revolution demo out this Thursday as part of this week's regularly scheduled PSN update. Since the title has been pushed back to July 8 instead of coming out on its original June 3 release, the folks at Firaxis and 2K Games thought it would be a good idea to give you something to play while waiting the extra month. The demo has two forces, Rome and Egypt. It also comes packed in with a tutorial for those new to the turn-based strategy game.

Το Civilisation ΙΙΙ ήταν για πολύ το αγαπημένο μου παιγνίδι και μου κόστισε ώρες μπροστά από το PC. Νομίζω ότι ο Sid Meier κάνει καταπληκτική δουλειά. Βασικές πρακτικές του μάνατζμεντ τις έμαθα μέσα από τα παιγνίδια του.

Μαλιστα,απο οτι καταλαβαινω το σταματανε γιατι μολις συνειδητοποιησαν τις πραγματικες δυνατοτητες του Ps3 και το ξαναπανε απο την αρχη. :wait2:

EA discontinues work on Red Alert 3 for PS3

EA has confirmed to Eurogamer that production on Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3 has halted for the PS3. The publisher gave no explanation for the full-stop and didn't allude to any time when development may start up again.
The Xbox 360 and PC versions of red alert 3will apparently benefit from the refocusing of the PS3 resources and are still expected to launch this fall.
