Recorded with VICE 2.3, it could work on a real C64 with chamelon64 or 1541U-II.

I don't own this hardware so I can't test.

Recompiled mufflon with a "better" color conversion routine.It need some other work to get a better result.

Περισσοτερα info και knowhow για να καταφερετε να τρεξετε το Laser Disc εξομοιωτη στον C64 , αν διαθετετε ολα τα απαραιτητα "συστατικα" .


Δηλαδη περα απο τα αυτονοητα επιβαλλεται να διαθετετε επισης :


RS232 interface για τη user-port , κατα προτιμηση ενα Sony LaserMax 1500P laserdisc player (ή εστω ενα αλλο Sony laserdisc player) , το Sony Lasermax serial cable το οποιο πρεπει να φτιαξετε εσεις και τελος το Dragonʼs Lair laser Disk (pal)

Full emulation of Dragonʼs Lair PCB on brand-stock C64.


 



Running DLAIRA (ROMS version A) for an original game experience.


 



Laserdisc player driven by RS232 interface (on userport).


 



Itʼs not the LG Software Corner game that released many years ago. Itʼs a new home-brew software for C64.


 



This emu works on a C64 PAL with a Sony LaserMax 1500P laserdisc player (I suppose Sony family works too). Laserdisc is PAL version, now I use Philips ʼ83 disc.


 



You need a RS232 interface for user-port. I found an easy project based on RS232max chip, very simple and cheap.

Other RS232 interfaces on user-port could works too (not test, let me know if your works)


 



Make a Sony Lasermax serial cable, itʼs a null-modem cable type with 3-line.



LDP side, pins connected:



- DSR with DTR



- CTS with RTS


 



The connection DSR+DTR needed to have EXT CPU mode enabled on LDP.


 



On LDP set 2400 baud speed (see manual), or download manual from Dragonʼs Lair Project


 



DL Emu is configured for playing Dragonʼs Lair PAL laserdisc. (frame offset adjusted)


 



Joystick on port 2.



It miss an audio mixer to have sound both DL and C64. I hope soon to fix.

This is a new version of intro from DL, more enhanced video result.Used modified mufflon and a new color palette to fit DL color range.

Played on Micro64, it shows a very realistic C64-on-tv results.

More work to come.

Βελτιωμενη αισθητικα intro που αφορα την επερχομενη DL64 FMV edition και εγινε κατορθωτο με την χρηση μιας "πειραγμενης" εκδοσης του mufflon σε συνδιασμο με χρηση νεα παλετα χρωματων για αντιστοιχιση μετατροπη , που να ταιριαζει περισσοτερο στο ευρος/ποικιλια χρωματων του αυθεντικου Dragon's Lair arcade LaserDisc .

This game runs on C64 emulators with 16MB REU support (VICE, micro64, eccβ¦)

Every scenes is on a distinct REU file.

If you use standard VICE you need manually change REU file with file name displaed on the screen.

I have compiled VICE x64 with REU extreme MOD (more infos on README file). REU files has changed automatically from C64 game. (added a new port at $DF0B to select REU file)

Virtually this game runs on real C64 with cartridges 1541 Ultimate or Chameleon.

I donʼt have none of these to test.

Και για να σας προλαβω , εχει καποια διαδικασια που πρεπει να ακολουθησετε για να το τρεξετε ....

- πρεπει να τοποθετησετε τον x64reuex.exe(ICE x64 REU Extreme MOD ) στον φακελο οπου εινα εγκαταστημμενη η 64bitη για Win εκδοση του Vice

-κανετε extract το πρωτο αρχειο ( Dlair64ld_alpha.7z) και το αντικαθιστατε το dlair64ld.prg κατοπιν με αυτο του δευτερου αρχειου (dlair64ld_update.7z)

- αλλαζεται/επεμβαινετε στα start.cmd/startfullscreen.cmd και αντικαθιστατε με την σωστη διαδρομη -εκει που βαλατε στο πρωτο βημα- το x64reuex.exe

-τρεχετε ενα απο τα 2 start.cmd ή startfullscreen.cmd αναλογα αν θελετε να τρεξετε το παιχνιδι σε παραθυρο ή σε πληρη οθονη

-πατατε το 5 για να ξεκινησει το παιχνιδι
